Knitting with Beads

Service Description

Knitting with beads can be a fun way to add a little sparkle or a burst of contrasting color to your projects. Shawl patterns are a great choice for adding beads to draw the eye toward one’s face. This workshop is based on the Charmayne shawl, which features a simple diamond lace pattern embellished with beads. The workshop will teach the crochet hook method of beading (rather than pre-stringing the beads beforehand). Knitters may choose to add beads to each diamond or to space them out and add them more sparingly.
